Michael Kintzer is a graduate student in the Mental Health Counseling program at New York University’s Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development, where he is completing his clinical practicum with Steady Compass Counseling Services.
Michael is dedicated to creating a therapeutic space that feels safe, supportive, and free of judgment — one where clients feel genuinely heard and comfortable exploring their inner world. His approach centers on helping individuals develop greater self-awareness, build confidence, and move through life’s challenges with clarity and compassion.
Michael works with clients navigating anxiety, stress, and depression, as well as those seeking support around personal growth, self-esteem, and conflict resolution. He sees clients in person at our Nyack, NY office and via telehealth.
